Eligibility for Cancellation
Requests received after 12 hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed, especially if the order has already been processed or shipped.
Refunds
Approved cancellations will be refunded in the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.
No-Change Window
